What a weird thing.
Last night, sitting there talking with my wife and my eye started itching, then watering, then feeling like something was in it.
No warning
All of the sudden
Then goop…yuck
This morning I woke up and my eye was not opening.
Crusty…yuck
I feel fine but my eye is blood red and puffy. One eye much smaller than the other. Funny looking
I go to urgent care. The doctor’s first word as she comes into the room…
“Ooooo…”
Great bedside manner…made me laugh. She prescribes me a couple of drugs and I go get them filled. One is an eye drop. Janet and I fight to get the one drop in – I hate eye drops.
The eye drop is a miracle. One drop and my eye is much better. Now I’m supposed to put one drop in every six hours for a few days.
I’m impressed by the miracle of modern medicine. Now if we can make this available for everyone without the worry of cost.

Ugh! I remember those drops! Zoltan couldn’t do them on his own either…men are wusses! ;-P

We figured out a better way to put the drops in. She still does it though. I prefer to look at it as togetherness instead of being a wussy. Tomato/Tomato 😀
